Rasbora Fenaffle is Joy’s Property Manager in Temple Eight. If you’re an upper middle class merperson that is unattached, Property Managers like Rasbora can also act as matchmakers. They do basic accounting and personal banking too. So the “Property” they manage is kind of “all encompassing.” But Rasbora is a good judge of character and new at her job, so she sees potential in Joy and tries mightily to get Joy’s sorry-ass out in public and into various social scenes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

To her credit, she switches gears once she realizes Joy has some personal issues to work through, and becomes a true bf – listening to Joy’s tales of struggle within the Spadix military, taking her out for drinks, and bringing her some algae yogurt to help relieve Joy’s persistent digestion troubles. Ras respects Joy’s boundaries and tries to help her live a healthier lifestyle. She still has an eye on matchmaking on her behalf, but realizes that with Officer Joy Herringbone, its best to broach that subject really really cautiously.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
