When I took this picture of Kirka, I sort of surprised her and I think she was kinda pissed at me for taking her picture before she gave permission. She can be intense, but like Gattie in 24-5, Kirka is team leader for 24-3, and doesn’t suffer ick gladly. Unlike the “Corner Girls” of 24-5, Kirka’s team is all about to “go Mermaid” in the coming days – a term which describes the upcoming change from Naiad to Mermaid that most (85%) of naiads endure. When one woman in tight quarters begins to change, it encourages her roommates down a similar path. In First Floor’s 24-3 quarters, that trigger would be Jennifer Gourami. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Rather than fight the inevitable outcome, Marisol has decided to let this whole crew go away – for a profit, of course.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I haven’t heard this first-fin, but the “Color Guard” girls are so tight telepathically, that I wouldn’t put it past them to have planned their communal change in order to help them graduate from the Roller Tunnels as a group. I think Shatsky, Marisol, and others picked up on this and would just as soon let them go as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Fun fact: the ladies of 24-3 have the contraband connection for obtaining little glass bottles. They received these previously through Bosco (RIP) but continue to procure them, with some difficulty, through the energy can sluice. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
